Exchanges
While we do not accept returns, we are happy to exchange a product if it arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible for an exchange, please follow these guidelines:
• Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide clear images or a video of the damaged product along with its original packaging for verification.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition at the time of reporting.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.

Shipping returns
If your exchange request is approved, we will coordinate the return shipping process. The following terms apply:
