Terms and Conditions of Products

• All our products are for external use only.
• Avoid introducing moisture: Because none of our products contain preservatives, it is cautioned against introducing moisture to them. • Prior to use, it is advised to test out our products. If you are allergic to natural products, you should follow our advice and stop using them if irritation develops. Before using Bath Crystals/Epsom Salts, people with heart issues and high blood pressure are advised to visit a doctor.
• For dried herbs and flowers used in bath crystals, the key constituents should be carefully read in case you are allergic to any of the substances. Before taking any product, pregnant or nursing women are encouraged to consult a doctor. It is not advisable for children under the age of five to use the products. But SOROR’S disclaims liability for any harm the ingredients may cause. After a product’s expiration date, it should not be used.
• We are not responsible for any harm resulting from the mixing of our product with any other product. Key ingredients must not be altered (No heating and no condensing). If the package has been changed/unsealed, do not accept the product.
• You are responsible for resolving any problems brought on by the delivery partner (All purchases made from SOROR’S are made in accordance with a shipment contract. This indicates that upon our delivery of such things to the carrier, the risk of loss and title thereof pass to you.
• Products are not clinically evaluated, are not certified, and are tested on humans.

The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time, shall apply to the forementioned arbitration. Bengaluru City in the state of Karnataka will serve as the arbitration’s seat and location.
